Boston Celtics beat Caveliers in Game 5the Boston Celtics stunned LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers in game five of the Eastern Conference Semifinals at Cleveland's Quicken Loans Arena. After a much publicized match-up of James and Celtics point guard Rajon Rondon, both were non-factors in the first half. Bostons first half was dominated by the big three, as Paul Pierce, Kevin Garnett and Ray Allen were responsible for the majority of the first-period Boston baskets. Entering the end of the first half the Celtics led the Cavaliers 44 to 50. Cleveland hoped to come out to a solid start in the second half, however those hopes never got a chance to take off. The Celtics continued to pound the basket, and while James managed a few baskets, it was not enough to stop a veteran Celtics team looking for one last shot at glory. The Eastern Conference match-up shifts to Boston's TD Garden for what could prove to be James last game in a Cavaliers uniform. "We cannot come back here, period" said Kevin Garnett after the game.
